10. Samantha Who?
A ratings monster right out of the gate, this show has made me laugh on a weekly basis. As titular amnesiac Samantha, Christina Applegate shines, as do her supporting cast — most notably Jean Smart’s Emmy winner performance as Sam’s conniving and overbearing (albeit well intentioned) mother.
