The Big Quiz ThingLast night my team, the aptly named Trivia Newton-John, took home the grand prize of $200! The internet’s own Louis Virtel (pictured above) carried us over the finish line in the lightning round by knowing a bunch of names of people who ran for president in the 1800s and when the last time a third party candidate carried electoral votes (it was 1968). The Big Quiz Thing — which tests your pop culture, historical, and other types of knowledge — is held on the third Sunday of each month at Busby’s East should any of you want to come try your luck and test your wits!
